1. Shipping Costs
Delivery within The Netherlands: shippings costs are €2,50. All orders with a minimum order amount of €20 will be delivered for free.
International delivery: please navigate through your order and the delivery costs automatically become visible.
2. Delivery
Orders for in stock items are usually processed at the same or next day to be picked up by parcel services.
Orders to Dutch addresses usually arrive within 1-2 working days.
Deliveries to EU Countries usually arrive within 1-7 working days.
Deliveries outside the EU can take up to 15 working days.
Please note that we can not ship to PO boxes anywhere outside of Europe.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Shipping Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there's any local delays in your area.
If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just send us an email at [email protected] so we can help you further.
3. Returns
Of course we hope you are happy with the item you have purchased with us but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your recent BIS Publishers order, you can return it within 14 days after delivery.
Please contact BIS Publishers first via [email protected] to let us know you will be returning an item.
Items can only be returned in its original package or seal to:
Returning any items will be at your own cost and risk. Any sum debited by us from your credit card, PayPal account or bank account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
