We are very sorry to hear you received the wrong product or something is missing. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
In case of any problems with the items you have ordered, or if any product is damaged, please get in touch with [email protected] at the earliest. We will arrange for a new delivery (free of cost) or issue a credit note for you.
The products will be shipped from warehouse Centraal Boekhuis. Delivery will be within a few working days.

We typically send invoices within a couple of days of the completion of the processing or delivery of your order. If you require the invoice sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite the process for you.
